If you have any problems with the products you purchased from Dicis, you can download your RMA form below. Fill in the grey fields of the RMA form, save the file, attach it to the email, and we will contact you as soon as possible and give you our RMA number. As soon as you have received our MRA number, you can send back the products, but always reference the RMA number on your correspondence. We will do everything to offer you the maximum of support and feedback.
